  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

🚀 Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000
  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order through the courier service provided.

    📦 Shipment Confirmation

    You will receive a shipment confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

    • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct when placing an order.
    • Prime Goods is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information or unforeseen courier issues.

    🔁 Failed Deliveries

    • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery.
    • In case of repeated failed attempts, the order may be canceled.
